We’ll also ask about the number of boxes and any packing services you might require, so your quote is as accurate as possible.

Once your reservation is set, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details for your move. We believe moving should be simple, transparent, and stress-free—starting with your estimate.

We have a 2-hour and 2-Undergrad minimum on all moves.

Undergrads provides the most valuable resource for any move: the muscle! Our strong and capable student movers will handle all the lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading you need.

For our full-service moves (truck and driver included) we provide all necessary equipment for your move including blankets, dollies, and tie-downs.

For your labor-only moves, sometimes you need equipment! For specialized moving equipment (like dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, etc.), we recommend customers rent these items directly from their truck rental provider (such as U-Haul). This ensures you have the exact equipment you need for your specific move, without any extra cost for items you might not use. It creates a more seamless experience, as you can pick up and return everything in one convenient location. We’re happy to advise on what equipment might be helpful for your move when you book with us.

We have a vast network of students covering a large majority of the United States. We operate in all surrounding areas within about an hour of our service locations. 

If you are a little outside of our service location, we can still do your move. We will just have to charge a slight fee to pass along to the movers for their time in transit.

We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do NOT accept cash or checks.

Typically, moving companies are unable to transport perishable items such as fresh, refrigerated, or frozen foods. These items can spoil quickly, especially during transit, and may create unwanted odors or messes inside the moving truck.

If you have perishable foods left as moving day approaches, we recommend planning your meals accordingly or sharing any remaining items with neighbors, friends, or local food banks before your movers arrive. On the day of your move, you’ll need to transport any perishable foods yourself to help ensure they stay fresh and safe.

We’re unable to move any living things, including pets and plants. This is because the interiors of moving trucks can become extremely hot or cold, often without proper ventilation—conditions that aren’t safe for animals or greenery. For the wellbeing of your furry (or leafy) family members, please plan alternative transportation for them on moving day. If you’re unsure how best to move them, we recommend checking with your local pet transport service or garden center for advice.
