How much does it cost to hire Undergrads?

Pricing is by the hour. Your rate is locked before we start with no stair fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden add-ons. Studio and 1BR moves typically take 2–3 hours ($299–$499 total). A 2–3BR home usually takes 3–5 hours ($499–$799 total). If we finish early, you pay less.
What is the Show-Up Guarantee?

Are your movers background-checked?

Yes. Every Undergrads mover is a background-checked university student. We hire from partner universities, not job boards. You know who is showing up before they arrive.

Do you provide moving trucks, or do I need to rent one?

Undergrads Moving provides the labor, college students who are trained, ready and able to get you moved. You (or someone you know) drives the rental truck, though we can find you the right truck and help you book it. That's The Power Move: rent a UHaul, hire our crew, save 40–60% vs. full-service and still get the professional moving help that you need. We'll also make sure you're getting the right-sized truck for your needs. Just ask us.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Undergrads is fully licensed and insured in every market we serve. Your belongings are covered from the moment our crew starts until the final box is placed.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 1–2 weeks for weekend moves, especially May through September which is peak season. That said, we often have same-week availability, just call or check online for open slots.
