Send your origin city, destination city, move size, and date. We charge a simple, flat hourly rate. The clock starts when the Undergrads arrive at your starting location and stops when your move is complete.

Q:Will the same crew be at both ends?
No, and you would not want them to be (you'd pay for their drive time both ways). We coordinate two separate crews, one local to each city. Same vetting, same standard.
Q:What if my belongings are damaged in transit?
Since you drive the truck, in-transit risk sits with your rental provider's coverage. Our $1,000 damage protection covers what happens during loading and unloading, which is where most furniture damage actually occurs.
Q:What if my truck arrives late at the destination?
Call us with a real ETA and we rebook the destination crew within their availability window. We coordinate long-distance moves every week and reschedule destination crews regularly.

What is your pricing?

What is your minimum?
We have a 2-hour and 2-Undergrad minimum on all moves at each location.
Do you supply the truck?
We do not provide or drive the moving vehicle. Find a moving vehicle easily in your area using our truck finder. Undergrads provides the most valuable resource for any move: the muscle. Our strong and capable student movers handle all the lifting, carrying, and loading and unloading you need.
Do you supply moving equipment?
Sometimes you need equipment. For specialized moving equipment like dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, and tie-downs, we recommend renting these items directly from your truck rental provider (such as U-Haul). This ensures you have the exact equipment you need without any extra cost for items you might not use, and you can pick up and return everything in one convenient location. We are happy to advise on what equipment might be helpful for your move when you book with us.
What areas do you service?
We have a vast network of students covering operational hubs across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, plus all surrounding areas within about an hour of each hub. If you are slightly outside our service location, we can still do your move. We will charge a slight fee to pass along to the movers for their time in transit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do not accept cash or checks.
Are the Undergrads actually students?
Yes, all Undergrads are university students.
