What is your pricing?+
We charge a flat hourly rate based on crew size. Your rate is locked before we start, not estimated after the move. No stair fees, no fuel surcharges, no hidden add-ons. Submit a quote to see the rate for your location and date.
What is your minimum?+
Every move has a 2-hour minimum with a crew of at least two movers. That covers most studio and one-bedroom moves on its own.
Do you supply the truck?+
For most services we do not provide or drive the moving vehicle. You rent from U-Haul, Penske, or Budget and we handle the labor. If you would rather not arrange the truck, ask about The Power Move: we book the truck for you and you only handle the drive.
What equipment do you provide?+
Undergrads provides the most valuable resource for any move: the muscle. For specialized moving equipment like dollies, hand trucks, and moving blankets, we recommend renting directly from your truck rental provider so you have exactly what your move needs, and you can pick up and return everything in one place.
What areas do you service?+
We operate 19 markets across Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, plus the surrounding areas within about an hour of each hub. Slightly outside our service area? We can usually still do your move with a small transit fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do not accept cash or checks.
Are the Undergrads actually students?+
Yes, all Undergrads are university students. Every crew member is background-checked and trained before their first job.
Are you insured?+
Absolutely. We are licensed and insured in every market we serve, and every move includes $1,000 in damage protection.
