Within 24 hours of booking we confirm your crew availability. If we are sold out, we tell you in that window. You are never left wondering. Once confirmed, you are on our schedule and we are getting you moved. Sometimes a morning job runs long and a crew is running behind. We call you. In the rare case of a true emergency, we call and dispatch a replacement.
30 minutes, then $50 off.
Every booking has a scheduled start time. If a mover arrives more than 30 minutes after that scheduled start, $50 comes off your bill. No grace period beyond 30 minutes, no negotiation.
You pay only for time on-site.
The clock starts when the crew arrives at your location and begins work. It stops when the job is complete. Waiting time, travel between locations, and any gap caused by a crew change are not billed. You pay for the time they are working, nothing else.

What counts as "late"?+
Late means arriving 30 minutes or more after your scheduled start. If you are scheduled for 9am and a mover arrives at 9:30am or later, the $50 deduction applies. There is no grace period beyond 30 minutes.
How do I redeem the $50 if a mover is late?+
Just let us know — a quick call, text, or email is all we need. We apply the $50 to your final bill before you pay. No claim forms to fill out.
How do I know my crew is confirmed?+
Within 24 hours of booking we verify crew availability and confirm your move. If we are sold out for your date, we tell you in that window. You never wait past 24 hours to find out. Once confirmed, you are on our schedule and the move is happening.
What if a crew has a genuine emergency on move day?+
It has happened, a crew member in an accident, for example. When emergencies hit, we call you immediately and dispatch a replacement crew. The move always happens.
What if my original crew is replaced?+
Replacements meet the same standards: background-checked Undergrads movers. You pay only for their time on-site. Any gap between the original crew and the replacement is not charged.
What does the guarantee not cover?+
Weather delays beyond our control, access issues on your end (locked building, elevator reservation not held), or schedule changes you initiate on move day. The guarantee covers our end: arriving on time.
Can I change my start window?+
Yes. Changes made more than 24 hours before the move are always accommodated. Last-minute changes (under 24 hours) depend on crew availability; call us and we will do our best.
What if you need to shift my move window slightly?+
Sometimes crew schedules need minor adjustments. A morning job runs long and we need to push your start window back slightly. We always call before that happens. If you are flexible on timing and can accommodate the shift, we will take $10 off your move. No pressure either way.
Is the guarantee in writing?+
Yes. It is reflected in your booking confirmation and in our invoicing system. The $50 deduction is a line item, not a goodwill gesture.
