Q:Is this enough work for you to come out?
Yes. We handle single-item moves and short rearranges all the time. There's a 2-hour minimum, so if your job is quick you can use the rest of the time for a second errand.
Q:Will the crew protect my floors and walls?
Our team is trained on space optimization and item protection. $1,000 damage protection backs every move. If you want floor coverings down for the day, have them ready when we arrive.
Q:Can two people lift my sleeper sofa upstairs?
Usually yes. If you have something genuinely awkward like a piano, a 75-inch TV, or a marble dining table, tell us in advance so we can send a 3- or 4-person crew.

What is your pricing?

What is your minimum?
We have a 2-hour and 2-Undergrad minimum on all moves.
Do you supply moving equipment?
Sometimes you need equipment. For specialized moving equipment like dollies, hand trucks, sliders, and moving blankets, we recommend renting these items directly from a local rental provider. We are happy to advise on what might be helpful for your specific job when you book.
What areas do you service?
We have a vast network of students covering operational hubs across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas, plus all surrounding areas within about an hour of each hub. If you are slightly outside our service location, we can still do your move with a slight transit fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do not accept cash or checks.
Are the Undergrads actually students?
Yes, all Undergrads are university students.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are licensed and insured in every market we serve.
Can you reassemble what you disassemble?
Yes for beds, desks, dining tables, and standard furniture. Have your assembly hardware on hand when we arrive.
