Pick up the truck morning-of
Takes about 10 minutes at any U-Haul location. Grab the optional Collision Damage Waiver (~$28/day), worth it. No special license needed for any truck up to 26 feet.
Crew loads. You drive. Crew unloads.
Your Undergrads crew meets you at the origin, loads everything with lifting straps and moving blankets, wraps your furniture. You drive to the destination. They unload and place everything.
Return the truck. Pay after.
Drop the rental truck at any U-Haul location. You pay Undergrads only after the job is done and you're satisfied. $5 reservation fee at booking. That's it until move day.
