Yes. We communicate with you or a local family member. You don't need to be present if someone on-site can direct the crew.
What does your damage protection cover?
$1,000 per move. If something is damaged during loading, transit, or unloading, we handle the claim. Fragile items get extra wrapping. This rarely comes up.
