Q:Will the crew know how to handle my building?
Yes. Our crew is trained on COI requirements, freight-elevator scheduling, and tight stairwells. We move into Catalyst, The Vue, Camden, and every other major apartment building in our markets every week.
Q:What if something gets damaged?
$1,000 damage protection on every move, no deductible. If a piece is damaged, we file the claim. You don't.
Common questions
How does pricing work?
Flat rate locked before we start, no hourly surprises. We quote based on your move size, addresses, and date. No stair fees, no floor fees, no fuel surcharges.
Can you do same-day?
Yes, in most markets. Call (864) 256-1166 and we will check availability immediately. About half our customers come to us with same-day or next-day needs.
Are stairs extra?
No. The rate you are quoted is what you pay, regardless of stairs or floors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed and insured. Every move includes $1,000 in damage protection. Our movers are background-checked university students.
Is there a deposit?
$5 to reserve your crew, fully refundable up to 48 hours before. You pay after the move is done, not before.
Do you drive the truck?
Standard local moves are labor-only, you drive your own vehicle or rental. If you would rather not drive, ask about The Power Move at quote time. We book the truck for you and you only handle the drive between addresses.
