My building requires a Certificate of Insurance, do you provide that?
Yes. We email your COI directly to building management when you book. You don't fill out a form, you don't call anyone. We handle it.
Can you work within elevator reservation windows?
Yes. Reserve your freight elevator window with your leasing office, give us the time, and we schedule your crew to arrive 15 minutes early. We've worked inside elevator windows at hundreds of buildings.
Will my hallways and elevator get damaged?
We pad-wrap furniture with the blankets from your truck rental before it leaves the apartment, so your building's lobby and elevator stay clean. Add one blanket per furniture item to your rental and the crew handles the rest.
Do I need a COI to move into my apartment?
Most luxury and high-rise apartments require one. When you book with Undergrads, we provide your COI upon request. We email it to your building management directly.
Can you work within an elevator reservation window?
Yes. Book your freight elevator with the leasing office, tell us your window, and we schedule the crew to arrive 15 minutes before it opens. We've worked within hundreds of elevator windows across our markets.
Do you guys not do a truck service?
Correct. We're labor-only. You rent the truck. We handle every box, every piece of furniture, every run up and down the elevator. No truck markup means you pay significantly less.
Are stairs extra?
No. No stair fees, no floor fees. Even if you're on the 4th floor with no elevator, the rate is the same.

What does your damage protection cover?
$1,000 per move. If something gets damaged during loading, transit, or unloading, we handle the claim. Our crew pad-wraps furniture with the blankets from your truck rental before it leaves your apartment. This rarely comes up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fully licensed and insured in every market we serve, with $1,000 damage protection on every move. Our movers are background-checked university students.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do not accept cash or checks.
