๐Ÿฆฌ Oklahoma ยท Major markets

1 major market in Oklahoma.

Tulsa is an easy city to move in and a specific one to move well in. Most of the metro is single-family houses with driveways and wide streets, but midtown's historic districts hide narrow drives and alley garages under mature trees, and the downtown loft conversions date to the 1920s oil boom. We size the truck to the block and bring the crew either way.

Suburbs & surrounding cities

4 Oklahoma cities we also serve.

Same crew standard, same Show-Up Guarantee, and the same rate as the metro each one sits in. If your address is anywhere in our coverage area, we've done a move there.

Moving this week?

We keep last-minute crews on the schedule in every major Oklahoma market. Same-day and next-day are often available.

Oklahoma moving guide

What a move in Oklahoma actually involves.

When to move in Tulsa

Tulsa's busiest stretch runs May through August, with two pressure points inside it. The first is severe-storm season, which peaks May through early June: crews keep working, but smart movers book companies that reschedule without penalty, and mid-week dates leave the most room to slide a day either way. The second is mid-August, when University of Tulsa and ORU move-ins land on top of citywide lease turnover. Outside those windows Tulsa is a comfortable market to book in, and same-week availability is normal, with weekday moves often bookable within 48 hours from October through March. Month-end fills first all year, for the usual lease reasons.

Buildings, parking, and access

Most Tulsa moves are logistically simple: driveways, garages, and curb space to spare, from Red Fork to Owasso. The exceptions cluster in two places. Midtown's historic districts (Maple Ridge, Swan Lake, Renaissance) have narrow drives, alley-only garages, and tree canopies that punish tall trucks, so we often bring a 16-footer and an extra set of hands instead of wedging in a 26. And downtown's loft conversions in the Deco and Blue Dome districts run on elevators that were not designed for sofas: reserve the freight elevator with building management a few business days ahead, and ask about any Certificate of Insurance requirement when you give notice. The suburbs are the easy half of the metro; the only planning they need is a gate code and an HOA heads-up.

Our home market is Tulsa, and we cover the whole metro: downtown, the Deco District and Tulsa Arts District, Cherry Street, Brookside, Riverside, Kendall-Whittier, and the midtown historic blocks, plus Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, and Owasso. If you are anywhere in Green Country, call and we will tell you in 30 seconds whether we can help.

How much do movers cost in Tulsa?+

Most Tulsa moves run $200 to $700 with a 2-person crew and an hourly rate locked before we start. Studio and one-bedroom moves usually land between $200 and $450; larger homes run $450 to $700. You rent the truck, we bring the muscle, and there are no stair fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden add-ons.

Yes. Same-day and next-day crews mobilize across the Tulsa metro, often within hours of your call, and booking last minute does not change your rate. No surge pricing, ever.

Are your Tulsa movers licensed and insured?+

Yes. Undergrads is fully licensed and insured in every market we serve, including Tulsa, and every mover is a background-checked university student. Every move carries $1,000 of damage protection and the $50 Show-Up Guarantee.

Moving out of Oklahoma?

We're labor-only, so we don't drive between states. For a move out of Oklahoma you rent the truck, our crew loads it here, and a crew in the destination state unloads it there. Call (864) 256-1166 and we'll book both ends.
