Common commercial questions
What size commercial jobs can you do?
We handle multi-floor buildings, complexes with 1,000+ tenants, and high-volume staffing demands with tight deadlines. Tell us your project specifics and we will scope it.
How do you handle invoicing?
We provide detailed electronic invoices at the conclusion of each job. We can work with your accounting department to accommodate specific invoicing requirements.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A standard 50% deposit on all projects, due 7 days prior to kickoff.
Are all the Undergrads "students"?
Yes. All Undergrads are university students.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are licensed and insured. Proof of insurance available on request.
What is your service area?
For commercial projects we operate in all 50 states via our network of vetted university students from local universities.
Do you "temp" labor from other providers?
No. Our Undergrads work exclusively for Undergrads. We do not subcontract to staffing agencies.
