From lease signing to first night settled
This is the full picture — not just move day. Every step, in order, specific to The Icon.
Signing day
Call the leasing office to reserve your freight-elevator or loading-dock window. Weekday slots fill 1–2 weeks out.
2 weeks out
Book your Undergrads crew and lock your date for $5.
1 week out
Reserve your truck. For a 1BR a 15-ft truck works; for 2BR+ go 20-ft. U-Haul on W Broad St (~1.5 mi).
3 days out
Set up renter's insurance (electric is included in rent) and internet — both can take 3–5 business days.
Move day
Truck parks in the loading zone; the crew meets you at the freight-elevator entrance. Have your COI confirmation ready.
Day after
Return the truck by 10am, set up your space, and confirm your elevator reservation has closed out.

Scheduling the freight elevator: Call the leasing office at least 48 hours in advance to reserve the elevator and confirm your building entrance. Mid-month dates fill first.

Setting up utilities: renter's insurance
Returning the truck by the rental deadline

What you need to know that is specific to this building.
The Icon's rent is all-inclusive (electric, water/sewer, valet trash, cable, internet, parking), so you only need renter's insurance set up before move day.
COI required — Undergrads provides it at no extra cost.
Reserve the elevator and closest entrance with the leasing office 48 hours ahead; the two buildings share amenities, so confirm which one you are in.
