St. Johns is the fast-growing stretch of St. Johns County south of Jacksonville along County Road 210 and State Road 13: Julington Creek Plantation, Durbin Crossing, Aberdeen, RiverTown, and Beachwalk, every one of them an HOA community with move hours and most with a gate.
