From lease signing to first night settled

Signing day
Reserve your elevator slot. Contact your leasing office.
2 weeks out
Book your Undergrads crew. $5 locks your date — pay after the move.
1 week out
Reserve your moving truck. Recommended: 15-ft or 20-ft depending on unit size. U-Haul of Midtown Tulsa on E 11th St (about 7 minutes).
3 days out
Set up electricity and internet before move day so you are live when you arrive.
Move day
Truck parks: The building wraps a private five-story garage with assigned spaces, so the garage is not the loading zone. Stage from the Archer St or Elgin Ave frontage, and skip ONEOK Field game nights, when the block fills solid.. Your crew handles all loading and unloading. You drive.
Day after
Return the truck. Unbox the essentials. You are home.
