From lease signing to first night settled

Signing day
Call building management to reserve freight elevator. 72-hour minimum, weekday only. Parking in Historic Downtown takes planning — sort this early.
2 weeks out
Book your Undergrads crew. Lock in your date for $5.
1 week out
Reserve a 15-ft truck at UHaul on Savannah Hwy (4.2 mi). Confirm truck parking plan for Beaufain St.
3 days out
Set up Dominion Energy SC and internet. Confirm COI has been received by management.
Move day
Truck on Beaufain St — Historic Downtown has limited parking. Arrive before 8am if possible. Freight elevator is reliable but small (4–5 trips for a 2BR).
Day after
Return the truck. Walk to King Street — one of America's best shopping streets is steps away.
