From lease signing to first night settled
This is the full picture — not just move day. Every step, in order, specific to Park Plaza.
Signing day
Call the front desk to reserve your service-elevator window. A 21-floor building runs one move at a time, so weekday slots fill early.
2 weeks out
Book your Undergrads crew. $5 locks your date. You pay after the move.
1 week out
Reserve your truck. A 15-ft truck handles most 1BR units here; go 20-ft for 2BR. U-Haul on New Circle Rd.
3 days out
Set up electricity with Kentucky Utilities and internet (Spectrum, Kinetic, or AT&T). Both want 3–5 business days.
Move day
Truck loads from the E Main frontage or rear service entrance. Crew meets you at the service elevator with your COI already on file.
Day after
Return the truck. Settle in. Your elevator window closes at the end of the business day.

Scheduling the freight elevator: Call or stop by the front desk at least 48 hours ahead to reserve the service-elevator window. Weekday daytime slots only.
Packing your belongings into boxes
Setting up utilities: electric, internet, renter's insurance
Returning the truck by the rental deadline
