We pay new Undergrads $14 an hour with a minimum two-hour payout on all jobs – with hourly pay raises for every hour worked. You can also make tips and get paid for driving to and from the job site on certain jobs. We find that each Undergrad usually makes around $20-$25 an hour after tips and drive pay. Movers who work 20-hour weeks earn around $400 – $500 per week!

After every move, the hours you work go towards an hourly pay raise! The more you work, the more you will earn per hour on every job.

Want to make money while you work out with friends? Well, now you can! For Moving, you will work with other Undergrads to move furniture and boxes. Moving jobs are typically all days of the week, ranging from 2 – 4 hours, and make for a great workout!

Types of Moving jobs:

• Mover – Loading and unloading U-HAUL trucks
• Event Setup – Setting up concerts, venues, and weddings
• Warehouse – Moving boxes around the warehouse
• General Labor – A variety of different gigs

You pick up the jobs you want, when you want to work! All Undergrads set their own hourly schedules around when they want to work. We believe you should have a schedule-friendly way to earn money while still enjoying a healthy social and academic lifestyle.

Sometimes you need equipment! For specialized moving equipment (like dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, etc.), we recommend customers rent these items directly from their truck rental provider (such as U-Haul). This ensures you have the exact equipment you need for your specific move, without any extra cost for items you might not use. It creates a more seamless experience, as you can pick up and return everything in one convenient location. We’re happy to advise on what equipment might be helpful for your move when you book with us.

You will ONLY work with other college students in your area. The great part about Undergrads is you work with people you can relate to and enjoy being around. Even better, you never go on a job alone. We always have at least a team of two so you always have a partner.

You will NEVER drive the moving truck, you will NEVER have to drive the moving truck, and you are NOT legally allowed to drive the moving truck. Undergrads only supplies the manpower to move items, we do not supply any transportation to the customers. For residential moving jobs, you simply will meet the customer at their house, load up or unload the items, then follow them in your personal vehicle over to the end location.
