Our pricing is hourly and varies by volume and position. Contact a partnership manager via (704) 734-9984 or submit our partnership form above!
Hours are logged electronically using the Undergrads app and approved by the partner at the conclusion of the event. Timing starts once the Undergrads Pro clocks in and is concluded when the Undergrads Pro clocks out. All hours logged while on the clock will be billable hours to the partner at the conclusion of the event.
Before becoming an Undergrad, all students go through an extensive vetting and training process. This includes core job functions as well as communication and customer service.
After each job, we continuously monitor performance through ratings and review as well as monitor all students punctuality to the start times.Â
We currently service Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina and its surrounding areas. For larger events, our Undergrads can travel up to two hours outside of the Charlotte metro area.
We also service partners in our North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas should you need a large demand of staff. For the right client we will stand up larger teams across any of our operating locations.
