Our billing cycle is typically Net 30 with a standard 50% deposit due 7 days prior to the event start. We provide detailed invoices outlining the hours worked, the pre-determined hourly rates, and the total cost. Invoices are sent electronically for efficiency and record-keeping. All hours are logged electronically for easy review and time keeping that makes traditional pen-and-paper feel like the stone ages!
