Undergrads: A Legacy of Innovation and Growth
The story of Undergrads begins not with a business plan, but with a vision for change—a commitment to creating a better way for students to work and grow. What started as a simple idea quickly evolved into a movement, proving that students could take control of their schedules, earn great pay, and gain valuable experience while still focusing on their education—all while providing an essential service to their communities.
In a modest college dorm, two students discussed the struggles of balancing part-time jobs with a full academic schedule. The idea for a more flexible work solution took root, promising a future where students could earn without compromise.
What started as a side project became a calling. The founders transitioned to full-time dedication, and thus “Undergrads” was officially launched. A platform designed by students for students, it marked the beginning of a new era in flexible employment.
With a firm foundation, Undergrads expanded into the hospitality sector, offering students unique opportunities to work in exciting, fast-paced environments. This move illustrated our adaptability and drive to explore new industries.
Fast forward to today, Undergrads has not only facilitated countless student jobs but also been an integral part of staffing some of the most high-profile events, including the F1 Grand Prix, the Super Bowl, and the President’s Cup. We celebrate our milestones, from our massive network of students to the valuable partnerships with businesses, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation.
