We charge a simple, flat hourly rate. Get your instant online quote to see the rate for your location and reservation date. The clock starts when the Undergrads arrive at your starting location and stops when your move is complete.
We have a 2-hour and 2-Undergrad minimum on all moves.
We DO NOT provide or drive the moving vehicle. Find a moving vehicle easily in your area using our truck finder.
Undergrads provides the most valuable resource for any move: the muscle! Our strong and capable student movers will handle all the lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading you need.
Sometimes you need equipment! For specialized moving equipment (like dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, etc.), we recommend customers rent these items directly from their truck rental provider (such as U-Haul). This ensures you have the exact equipment you need for your specific move, without any extra cost for items you might not use. It creates a more seamless experience, as you can pick up and return everything in one convenient location. We’re happy to advise on what equipment might be helpful for your move when you book with us.
We have a vast network of students covering a large majority of the United States. We operate in all surrounding areas within about an hour of our service locations. View our service locations, here.
If you are a little outside of our service location, we can still do your move. We will just have to charge a slight fee to pass along to the movers for their time in transit.
We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do NOT accept cash or checks.

We provide detailed invoices outlining the services provided and the associated costs. We can work with your accounting department to accommodate specific invoicing requirements. Invoices will be sent electronically at the conclusion of the job.
Yes! We have a standard 50% deposit on all projects, due 7 days prior to kickoff.

No, we do not receive “temp” labor from other moving companies or staffing providers. Our Undergrads work exclusively for Undergrads on our moving projects.
