A real hospitality shift at one of the most-watched sporting events in the world. VIP guests, long days, and the biggest payout of the year.
Circuit of the Americas
Austin, TX. You park at Lot S (7651 Kellam Rd, Del Valle), check in at the blue Undergrads booth, and shuttle to the track. Walk back at the end of the day (15 min) and beat the traffic.
Four race days
Thursday through Sunday, Oct 22–25. Call time 5:00 AM. You're done after the last session clears, usually 12 to 14 hours later. Lunch is provided.
Undergrads crew, all four days
We staff ~200 people a day. Priority goes to people who can work all four days. Do that and you're first in line for our next events.
Every front of house seat
We partner with the track's hospitality operator to run service across the premium areas. You'll be assigned to one zone and one exact location so you always know where to be.
Private suites lining the circuit. Buffet service, bars on the roof deck, 50 to 100 guests per suite. Our largest zone.
Premium club with cocktail service and luxury buffet. Its own orientation and its own crew.
Single high-touch corporate suite. Small, polished team.
Satellite hospitality tent with a dedicated lead.
Wonderland, Lonestar, Terrace and Waterloo. High-volume bars with POS and electronic tips. Tight, self-contained teams.
Prep cooks supporting the suite kitchens. Chef jacket and pants required.
