Where

Circuit of the Americas

Austin, TX. You park at Lot S (7651 Kellam Rd, Del Valle), check in at the blue Undergrads booth, and shuttle to the track. Walk back at the end of the day (15 min) and beat the traffic.

When

Four race days

Thursday through Sunday, Oct 22–25. Call time 5:00 AM. You're done after the last session clears, usually 12 to 14 hours later. Lunch is provided.

Who

Undergrads crew, all four days

We staff ~200 people a day. Priority goes to people who can work all four days. Do that and you're first in line for our next events.

What Undergrads runs

We partner with the track's hospitality operator to run service across the premium areas. You'll be assigned to one zone and one exact location so you always know where to be.

Club SI

Premium club with cocktail service and luxury buffet. Its own orientation and its own crew.

Morgan Stanley Suite

Single high-touch corporate suite. Small, polished team.

Dell Tech Tent

Satellite hospitality tent with a dedicated lead.

Concessions Bars

Wonderland, Lonestar, Terrace and Waterloo. High-volume bars with POS and electronic tips. Tight, self-contained teams.

Back of House
