Frequently asked questions
We charge a simple, flat hourly rate. Check out your rate with our instant online quote. Rates vary by location and reservation date.
The clock starts whenever the Undergrads arrive at the start location and stops whenever your move is completed.
We have a 2 hour and 2 Undergrad minimum on all moves.
We DO NOT provide nor drive the moving vehicle. To easily find a moving vehicle in your area, access our truck finder.
What we DO provide:
- Moving knowledge on how to carefully execute any move
- Strong and enthusiastic movers
- Moving straps to help lift heavy furniture
What we DO NOT provide:
- Moving blankets (these are highly encouraged and can be rented from your truck provider)
- Tie-downs to secure items in the truck. We recommend using ratchet straps or rope.
- Dollies (these can be rented from your truck provider)
- Tools for assembly or disassembly

*$20 per Undergrad driving fee for any moves ~30+ miles outside of the service location address.
*$50 per Undergrad driving fee for any moves ~50+ miles outside of the service location address.
We accept all major credit cards at the conclusion of your move. We do NOT accept cash or checks.
*There is a additional 3% processing charge on all transactions via our web merchant.

Absolutely – we are licensed and insured!
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
- We charge $5 to confirm your move and validate your card information.
- If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you can cancel FREE OF CHARGE.
- If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled move date/ time, you will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 1 hour of moving labor based on the number of movers assigned to your job.
- If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled move date/ time, you will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 2 hours of moving labor based on the number of movers assigned to your job.
**If you have booked with us less than 48 hours prior to your move date, our standard cancellation policy applies at a 50% reduced rate.
